• All “Nanogen” products barring the "Scalproller" are guaranteed with a 30 day returns policy, if you wish to return a product within 30 days you agree to do so at your own expense, and Pangaea Laboratories Ltd. undertakes to refund you the full value of the goods returned. The product “Intervention” has a 90 day returns policy, customers purchasing “ Intervention” can contact Pangaea Laboratories Ltd. at any time within 90 days for a refund of this product under the same terms listed above. The "Scalproller" cannot be returned after the seal is broken or it has been used as it is a biohazard. It may be returned within 30 days if the packaging seal has not been broken.

You agree and understand that it is your responsibility to prepare for any delays that may occur in obtaining your order from Pangaea Laboratories Ltd., and further that in the event of customs seizing your order, the cost of the order will be borne by you in full.

Times

• All orders placed before 4.00pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same working day, subject to stock availability. Should there be any delay with shipping you will be notified by email of the expected despatch time. Royal Mail 1st Class usually takes 2-3 days for delivery, but please allow up to 7 days from despatch. Orders shipped on Royal Mail Next Day service will arrive the next working day by 1pm (Monday to Friday), a signature will be required on receipt. International signed for orders will also require a signature on receipt, and will take up to 10 working days.

No-one there to sign:

• If you are not available when delivery is attempted, a card will be left. Full instructions on arranging a redelivery or collection will be on that card.

Discreet Packaging:

• Orders are shipped in secure cardboard boxes. We ship in plain packaging to ensure your confidentiality. However, please note “Pangaea Laboratories Ltd.” and our address will be on the box for return delivery purposes.

Returns

• All refunds are subject to the return of the product, even if fully used, to Pangaea Laboratories Ltd. For details and a returns code please contact head office on +44 (0)20 8458 2500. Returning products without a returns code will cause a delay in your refund being processed.
